Worm thing??

My friend asked me to post this..we are going to try and get a picture of it posted on Tuesday..but she found a foot long thin worm..teal/green color..with tons of little legs down the side..she went to catch it in a bag..and it broke in like 6 pieces.and they are all wiggling around swimming in the bag...I have not seen it yet...sounds like a radioactive bristle worm...what your thoughts?
Like I said..I will get a pic asap

ask if it leaves slime in the bag where it has been crawling around.
