Yellow Macro Algae

I have been noticing that the Cheato (sp?) in my refigium is yellowish, whereas the same cheato in my display tank under higher k lighting is dark green. Is this due to the temperature color of the light? My refigium has three 23 watt fluorescent flood lights, daylight color which is 6000 K I believe. My display tank has a 96 W 10000k power compact with blue actinic.

Is this yellow algae still healthy? It is looking to be turning more yellow as time goes on, and the actually is getting some hair algae growing on the cheato. This photo shows some of the green algae next to the yellow stuff. Input appreciated!
