zoo med reef sun 50/50 bulb. any ideas folks?

so a buddy of mine is running to of these

Zoo Med Reef Sun 50/50 Compact Fluorescent Bulb at PETCO

over his 5 gallon hex. it looks to put out a nice spectrum and is nice and bright but im wondering what coral growth(if any) would pe possible with a light like this? eace:

Should be able to keep some softies and maybe a couple LPS.

excellent. i believe thats what his plan is. i was debating using the same light over my pico, but id like to have some sps in there so it looks like its leds for me!
