My wife and I are active in breeding marine ornamentals and currently breed berghia nudibranchs ( Aeolidiella stephanieae).
I have been trying for some time to obtain several spurilla neap. to breed for eating majano's. I've heard of mixed successes with raising the larvae but have talked to at least one source who has successfully done so. We are both fisheries biologists and have a pretty good understanding of what we are getting into and would love an opportunity to try raising these nudibranchs.

Would you happen to know of a source of these, from what i understand they are fairly common in many areas including the florida keys, but no official collections exist.

I recently watched a video seminar from you on reefvideos.com and in it you discuss many aspects of a reef tank. One that stood out to me was the fact of a moving light. Now I am in the process of upgrading to an all glass aquarium 120 gallon 48/24/24 inches with the black cross bar. Now would a 1-250 10k DE Halide work great in this situation..along with some actinic supplementation? Would the cross bar create a wierd shadow or would i be able to make up for that with some supplementary bulbs?? Do you have any links off hand that you could send my way so I could get a little more information on this sort of thing? It is very intriguing to me. Thanks again
