    COPPER vs PVC

I have an abundance of copper piping and am looking to build the ultimate reef setup. With the price of pure copper not worth recycling at the time why not use it for this ULTIMATE REEF!! Just curious what everyone thinks of using copper instead of pvc for plumbing. WAHOO! Am I excited to...

50b Build Check list and advise!

Any standard spray paint will work. THE MOST IMPORTANT thing to remember is to make sure you clean the glass well or the paint won't adhere well. prep is the key with painting.

    DLSR raw photo question??

To answer your question in the first post. If these are straight out of the camera shots: I would say the bottom picture is RAW. But if you have edited them at all, I might lean more towards the top as being the RAW shot?

    DLSR raw photo question??

Just quickly looking at the first post. I'd say that if you are shooting your jpeg with any kind of creative features (i.e. boosting saturation, color, etc...). Did you shoot your jpeg with all the creative functions on 0? The jpeg creative functions can sometimes "hide" shadow detail.

I second returnofsid...if you aren't sure what they are post a picture so a positive id can be made. Don't ever treat a tank not knowing EXACTLY what you are treating for. Just my 2.23456129730033 cents

    Skimmer for Nano Tank

Aquatic Life 115 Nano skimmer is a great little skimmer for nano tanks. You'd have to do a search for companies that sell/ship internationally though. Good Luck.

    monitor advise

While upgrading the monitor will obviously help. You will need to calibrate that monitor to replicate the true colors you are looking for, for photography.

    HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Does it appear to be putting anything "slimey" off into the water? Is the foot holding in place, that would be the first sign I'd be looking at. If it deflates or looks out of the ordinary but the foot is holding on is always a better sign than not. Is this the first time you have attempted...

    HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you ever cloned one yourself before? Or is this your first time? Anemone's deflating is common, many will do it just before they're about to poop. Give it a few days.

Should I switch to white argonite sand?

One of the main reasons is crushed coral can become a nitrate trap.
