cold water aquariums, keeping them cold

There's really nothing much to see right now (but, soon there will be)...like I said, there's only my boxfish, a couple of rocks, some Catalina gobies, and some red Watah anemones...which are all cold water. I'm trying to obtain some strawberry polyp rock to form the reef....but, it's not...

cold water aquariums, keeping them cold

I've been running these tanks for about 10 months now....and if stock were easier to get (most seem to come from southern Australia), I'd think about converting my warm water reef to cold water. The variety and color of animals out there is incredible. The cold water tanks are sooooo much easier...

cold water aquariums, keeping them cold

all seattle folks- trip to portland stores

I wouldn't get too wrapped up in that discount thing. As an example.... Rick (Soutas) sells a 1" (or less) piece of Oregon Blue Tort for $100....Travis (Upscales) sells the same tort (usually around 2") for $50 -$60......Rick had a very nice green centered blasto colony that he wanted $250...

all seattle folks- trip to portland stores

A few tips for you boys.... 1) by far, Upscales will have the most diversity. His shipments (usually about 10 boxes) are every Friday @ noon. The best stuff will gone by 4pm....but, in general, he will have the most sps, lps, and fish available in the PDX area. 2) Soutas hasn't gotten in an...

    New Skimmer

Maybe you could have had Saxby make you up a fake receipt to show the misses.... besides, we all know that painters make all the money..... you just like to fiddle.
