Elos Midi: I'd like to see one... (Greater Seattle Area)

Hello everybody... I am considering the purchase of a Elos Midi and before pulling out my credit card I'd like to see one for real, especially one with LED ligthing. None of the LFS's in the area have one. (except maybe Barrier Reef but it is an 'old' System 70 with MH) So... If you are...

    Elos System 70

Hello, Any owners of the Elos System 70? I am considering a purchase and I would like to hear about real owner's experiences, not just the usual rants about the price of these systems. I know that Barrier Reef is a distributor in the greater Seattle area but is there any other? Thank you...

I had my best results in fresh water using significantly large tanks, about 500 liters or about 130 US gallons. I am truly concerned about starting a marine tank with "only" 100 l ( 30 gal) capacity...

Red Sea Max: Good for beginners?

Hello, After about 20 years of experience with fresh water, I am considering going to the next level and purchasing a RedSea Max tank. I like it because all the ugly plumbing is nicely integrated and the tank is visually very pleasing. My plan is to populate it with a 5 / 7 cm layer of...
