    Try Ballastwise, Much cheaper and very workable and dependable. Ice cap have certain glitches if used with X10 controllers. I have not used SLS products.

    Without a doubt Garf Grunge lite. It is derived from Mangrove filters. comes all kinds of life as well. Talk to Leroy or if Sharon his sister still there and they will hook ya up.

    It connects to 2 separate rivers, connecting former East Germany and West. So water displacement will go forward to the rivers. That way no rise in the water level.

    Pulling the wholething out is the only way Gabby, If you spray anything it will kill the flowers as well. If its all int he grass get SOme fertilizer with Weed killer in it. Best and only way to go.

    Shuran and Precision Marine come to mind. For value look at Coral Vues octpus model. Value generaly is something pretty tough to say on CR models, your gonna spend some money either way.

    well things have been busy. I tore apart the sump, needed to redesign a few things. Stand is amost done. I scored a Top of the line RODI unit by spectrapure. only payed 50 bucks for it. See wait and it will come. lol Anyhow here is apic of the unit. Wont have to worry about high TDS...

    2 Little fishes makes a good reactor and about 25 bucks. As far worth having depends on how your tank tests out. If you have an algae problem due to phosphates then yes it would be worth it. running them easy enough. they have a rcommended flow rate , so buy a small pump to feed it and reduce...
