    Mag pumps plumbed externally?

    On my experience, they're pretty quite but not powerful compare to iwaki's. I would also suggest Eheim pump, pretty spendy but very quite and reliable. reeffan

    Finn, Mag pumps can be used external and internal. I've use them externally with reactor and skimmers for years and don't have problems with the pump. Iwaki are great (i use it too) but expensive. I guess it all depends on your preference and needs... reeffan

    Currently using beckett and mazzei injector, both very good skimmer injector. Pinwheel is now becoming popular also. Gotta get my hands on that pinwheel skimmer =). reeffan

    The cam looks good! I think the MRC's lid need to be closed all the way. I can see it over flowing on the flange side. Looks like every skimmer is performing well. Hmmmm, i wonder who will win this round. reeffan
