My 72 Gallon Bowfront Reef Tank

Yeah, look man I don't want to be a debbie downer but the clown/damsel fishes time is going to be up sooner or later with that serpent star and the eel. The serpent star is a great match with the eel because he can eat the messy leftovers but they are both predators. I have one I named "kraken"...

Yellow Tang Rescue - Fin rot

I guess just an update, both of them are doing really well in the tank. They have split the tank in half during "quiet times" when the grazers arent roaming the tank in a pack at night and just do some mild posturing with each other. But no fights, my concern with the foxface trying to bully...

    Hello!

Yeah, I've seen the bi-color nip from time to time at the frogspawn, its one of the reasons I put a ton of nori in there, if hes full, hes not a dick.

Place to buy live rock creatures?

Hey, I could probably pull off some Chaeto from my sump and wring out my filter pads into some water for you? I have a ton of pods, some kinda population of shrimp, mini stars and such. It should help "get the party started".

You misread me mang, I'm sure you take care of your system, it looks great and it looks like you have alot of interesting stuff to check out when you watch your tank. Thats all ;)

Cool! Welcome, I like the open layout and the chromis school. It looks like you have quite a bit of diversity packed ito both those systems!

    5clowns

I have 4 in a 125. Had a pair then purchased a 60 that came with 2 more. 2 claim the rbta garden, 1 has a mushroom rock and one who has a slight deformity generally sleeps with the leather. I dont know if this is typical, just thought Id throw out my experience.

    Fragging a frogspawn

Just I guess bumping the dremel suggestion. I used the cutter disk and carved several frags off of mine. Superglued the skeletons to the rock and voila.

    Hello!

Light fixture is a big part of it. I got a new magnet scrubber and with some serious wax on and off, even the scaley pain in the ass stuff came away last night. So, really for now, the big issue is moving the sump. The space I have in the pic is actually big enough for the 30 gallon, I just...

    Scribbled rabbit fish?

My Foxface and Scribbled both do this as well. Funny thing for a fish.

    120 reef

I second the make sure you can access the tank from the front for ease of cleaning suggestion. My in wall tank has a header directly above the tank and it has made the whole process a much bigger headache.

    Hello!

Thought I would update this as I haven't posted much on my tank in the past year. My wife lost her job around February 2013 and things started getting really tight around June, by September I was beginning to seriously think about adopting the tank out and shutting it down. Financial stress...

Handicapped Yellow Tangs to good home!

They are doing really well, the one with the more complete fins came to an "understanding" with the Foxface pretty quickly and they have been enjoying the tank since. I'll get a better picture up and try and update their progress from time to time. My wife and daughter are not the biggest fans...
