    bryopsis help!!!!!

I had this problem a few years ago and it was a nightmare. Check your salinitiy, and Raise your alkalinity and your ph. Take some kalkwaser in a syringe and cover it on the bryopisis like a paste, make sure it doesn't come in contact with any animals as it will burn them. Then do a water...

Recommendations for reef safe schooling fish

I have a school of 7 blue green chromis. THey look awesome as they play in the currents of the seaswirl. Blue eyed cardinals would also look killer in a long tank.

30x30x30 cube designs would love opinions

Tank has live sand in it and a plankton swarm in it at night. I do 10 percent water changes every week. The anemone is feeding and is getting ready to split. The montiporas around it are growing fast as well. Let me know if you're interested

30x30x30 cube designs would love opinions

A 250 watt DE and 4 x 75 watt vho's is more than enough. The lights sit 6 inches off the aquarium. With a 5 inch plenulum and 1/2 inch acrylic and a rock arch that goes more than halfway up the tank..........That is more than enough. I'm going with a rose BTA anyway because they're cheaper...

    aquariumgirl's reefs

Plenty of reefs in the bahamas and Turks and Caicos (places I've dived) contain lots of macroalgae, especially the kind which have calcium skeletons. I think it looks great, just make sure to prune.

    Elmo's 77 Gallon Tank

Looks like a cool tank. I just ordered a 30x36x30. The last 6 inches are for a built in sump. It will have a black back like yours. I'm curious about your setup/lighting... I'll be adding clownfish in the future as well.

The General and Mrs. General - Head-'Banggers'

Those look amazing. I've raised cardinals to the 3rd generation before. But never had as many as you were able to capture. What do you feed the adults as well as the fry and how often? I'm looking to get either a pair or a small school for my 120 gallon. Which do you recommend?? Thanks.

    Peppermint shrimp love zooanthids though!

    Berghia nudibranches

Only buy adults as the juveniles are extremly small! I believe the above site only sells adults, but inland aquatics sells juveniles (not 100% sure of this)

    Berghia nudibranches

I have had great success with these in the past. They take a long time to work but they work well. Just make sure you cover up your intakes so they don't get sucked in. I ordered from these people with no problems, but you have to check their site often as they are often out of stock. Follow...

    VHOs vs T5s

Thanks, primary lighting is a 250 watt DE aqualine bushke 10K, I'll stick with the 4x 75 watt VHOs as these have worked well for me in the past and the fewer bulbs to wire will be easier (I already have the ballast).

    VHOs vs T5s

I'm in the process of building a lighting system for a 30 inch cube that will have PFO DE 250 watt 10k , as well as fluorescent lighting. THe tank is a mixed tank of softies, sps, clams, anemones... Originally I was going to use 4 actinic VHOs on an icecap ballast, but I see a lot of tanks...
