Xenia to me is relatively hardy and easy to propagate. Mine grows like weeds and I had a whole aquaculture tank full of the buggers. The only thing was that my LFS can only take 7 pcs/week for store credit.

I recently had some bleaching a couple of months ago and I did the following:
1) water change
2) Iodide supplement
3) Changed my MH bulbs
I'm not totally sure which one did it but they are all back nice and colorful now.
