    I am currently in the process of building a stand to hold my refugium under my display tank. the refugium will be completely enclosed under the stand. what can i use on the inside of the stand to keep the moisture out of the wood and still safe for the fish?

    LEDs would be nice, but that wouldn't be a deal breaker. If 6 lamps is enough that is good news! I found a few 8 lamp fixtures and for those prices I could do an LED fixture :(

    Thanks :) I bought them as small as I could find, but I did not want to miss the sale when i found them. (LFS had a really big sale and these fish were only like 2.5 inches long)

    Nope, I moved all of my fish out of the DT so I could be sure that any ich in the tank would be dead. I had hoped to return fish to the DT by labor day. You dont see the spots on the fish? I can try taking closer pictures i guess, but the darn fish doesnt hold still for long. :)

    I should probably mention, none of my other fish have or are at this time displaying any symptoms of being sick. However I put them in the QT at the same time to hopefully eradicate any ich that may have been in my DT.
