    regal angel

Despite the argument. We can all agree you CANNOT keep a Regal Angel or any 10" Angel / Tang in a 75 gallon tank.

    sump size

BTW Welcome to RF Beckie :) Like Veralteaquatics said, make sure you add defensive features like siphon breaks ect. You know...just in case :)

    sump size

The sump only has to be as big as you need to accomplish the goal. If you just want to hold equipment, then it can be smaller than if you want to add all the extra compartments. Bigger is usually better. Just watch out you don't make your life harder in the process hehe.

    help with Anthias

You can feed flake if you go with Formula 1 and 2 mix. I would go with the frozen varieties because its less messy, offers higher nutritional value (or less nutrient loss depending how you look at it), easier to use and encourages better feeding habits by stimulating smell and taste. You should...

    DonW tank

I like the way you did the return pump. Does it go to the surface on the right side, topped with a white cap or is that outside in the back? Sleek center OB.

Centerpiece tank - check out my design!

Did you get the dimensions that you had origionally wanted? It looks taller than I had imagined, which will be awesome for the rock work.

    dry rock

That rock looks pretty dense. Dense rock like that could hold a fair amount of water, similar to Lace Rock. 1 gallon of water = 8 pounds. Fish distributers ship specimens in as little water as possible to reduce shipping costs, increasing their profits. So the LR that you order is often fairly...

Ohhh expensive toys! Like them better than Koralia's?

    dry rock

The weight added to the rocks while wet is more like ounces and not pounds. The rock can be HUGE but if its full of holes than it won't weigh as much even while wet. The best way to determine how much rock you need is to look at where it comes from and what its made of. For example, Haitian...

    How do you take pictures?

What camera & equipment are you using? The biggest problems I had when taking pictures of my tank all had to do with the color. Good photography software helps alot.

    Michael's 55 Gallon

Pretty angels :) If it comes down to it, keep the Potter's hehe. So what are you going to do with the Regal when he gets bigger? Trade him in?

Perculas need host other than anemone

Hehe Do you have many problems with them attacking the picture? Two dominate spawning females in the same area...high suspect.

    Skimmer question

About 2 years ago, I had an ASM G4x on a 200g with a 60g sump. Firstly the foot print is huge. The skimmer itself is like 3 feet tall and its a huge PITA to place. I had only paid $125 for mine on Ebay, but for the quality I would not reccomend buying one even if you got it as cheap as I did.

    Hehe thats awesome!

    Help ID a crab

Black and hairy is usually bad. Maybe you'll get lucky and have something cool.

    Big problem

Ph can also be affected by the presence of acid. Having high ammonia will lower your ph.

going from 55 gallon tall to 125

Your sump only has to be as large as serves your pupose. If you just want a place to put your equipment, then it only has to be large enough to hold yer stuff. On the other hand if you want a frag section and a refugium ect ect ect then its gonna be huge :)
