    I bought a piece of rock with one brown zoa on it about a year ago, my water quality isn't the cleanest all the time, but right now I have a bunch of zoas about the size of a honeydew melon, all from that one!

    Have you tried just cleaning it? Sometimes they will get caked up on the inside and not spin, even with out any noise.
