    Just a note of caution but the Rio pumps have a reputation of catastrophic failure and polluting the tank.

    Looks very nice nice layout ext. One thing I would recommend is to either paint the back glass or get a back ground for it. I t helps hide stuff in the background.

    I used a 2" trap which is basically two 90's in one and then some 2" pipe and I glued in a siphon tube with valve so far so good

    Ben, Just put a overflow in your sump have the discharge from it go into the drain, or into a container with a float switch/pump going to the drain. Then you just open your valve on your water storage container and the water will drain out on its own.
