    flatworms

Sorry try this: As your granny probably told you, prevention is the best form of treatment. Good marine husbandry techniques (particularly use of a quarantine tank and dips) are typically helpful in stopping this pest (and many others) ever making it in to your aquarium. Planaria can sneak into...

    flatworms

Worms are good to have but if you have to catch them. Take a soda bottle and clean it very good. In one half of it drill a bunch of 1/8" holes leave the other half alone. Stuff a piece shrimp inside the bottle with some marbles(for weight)and submerge it to the bottom of the tank. Make sure when...

What came with it. The PC Compacts are very blue 96 watt but the 150 watt metal halides don't reflect for sh**!! The reflectors are just polished aluminum with dimples. The reason for buying this was their reputation and the fact everything is self contained in the fixture. I don't know if it's...

How much pump is to much?

Thats why I have the 8 returns. I designed it to flow water all around my reef so it won't have any dead spots. Jerry

How much pump is to much?

I was visiting a lady that grows and sells mostly corals and I was telling her that I have 2 1800's and one 1200 mag pump and she asked me if I was trying to power wash my corals of the rock. I have always read you cant have enough water flow. I"m using 8 returns with Loc-Line so I can direct...
