    thats what i keep asking him. he makes fun of my tanks b/c of all the "stuff" that i have in/on/under it...who knows?

    ok that makes sense, thats the thing he does'nt even know what the temp is. no heater, and nothing in the tank to let you know what the temp is.

    yellow tang/brown tang (not really sure, it looks like a brown fish with yellow fins and small white spots) its not a powder brown but i think he calls it a yellow tang a niger trigger, two neon blue damsels, and two yellow clarki clowns, some green mushrooms, BTA , and some other random corals

    my brother has nothing in his 55 gal tank except a ton of live rock and cc and a DIY wet/dry. He lives in FL and keeps his house about 70 maybe 72 and his tank always seems so cold to me - compared to my tanks. How could his coral and fish be ok in such a cold tank. I was just wondering

    actully yes, when i added the snails in dec. i had not put anything in the tank. then about a month ago i treated it with melafix for 7 days to no avail. after that with greenex (also did nothing for my ick) i have not been running carbon for a week as well as poly filters and 10% water changes...

    I have never used any copper in the tank , and i am not really sure what kind of snails they were. Their shells were kinda pink but mostly white. Have any of ya'll had any experiance with the bumble bee snails? are they pretty harty?

    ok, well i am going home to add those poly filter pads and see how the clown are doing, i am going to watch the QT and keep them in there for a few days until i get everything out of the main tank. right now they just have ick and their eyes look find. i reallyhope they are still doing well.

    i started my QT just last night, i only put some PVC, heater, and filter in my tank. I used water out of my main tank. My clowns ate last night before i put them in the QT so i have not fed them today. and yes it is still cloudy :(
