    Advice on dry Walling around my 120

    Does anyone have any advice for me? I am framing in and dry walling my 120 gallon tank in my basement. The tank is all ready up and running so I know that I will need to take extra care in the dust department.

    Hang On vs In Sump Skimmer

    I was just curious about everyone's opinion on where is best to put a skimmmer. I know cosmetically, the sump is a better option but it seems that there would be more waste and debris in the tank.

    For three years , my tank has had inadequate skimming and, earlier this week , I bought an aquamedic turboflotor 1000 multi. Within a day,i couldn't believe the filthy green stuff that came out of my tank. Allready, my water is clearer and my tank seems cleaner.

    Blue Damsel Babies.

    Anyone have any experience with damsels having babies. My pair of damsels are acting very protective over a certain little cave under a certain piece of live rock. Any advice would be appreciated.

    I have a question that I have never seen posted. How long should it take until a fish is full grown? My fish don't seem to grow very fast. I have a maroon clown who is almost 3 years old and he has only grown about an inch and my foxface has been about the same over 2 years.

    What is on the surface of my water?

    When I look up at the surface of my water, I see what looks like an oily substance swirling around. Any thoughts?
