    250W 20K XM ok for clams?

    I personally would only go with the 20k if you are willing to step up to 400 watt. The PAR values of the 250 watt 20ks are just insufficient in my opinion. The 250 watt Ushios and the XM 10k would be fine as their PAR values are much much higher. You could always keep your PCs as Actintic...
