What is your light cycle? I have two RBTA's and if the lights are on longer then 8 hrs per day they have a tendancy to shrink up.

Do you have a fuge? If so you may want to run some chaeto in there. If you dont have one you can always run it in your display. This will also heklp as chaeto will out compete the GHA for nutrients.
