    help with red slime

    been using RO strictly for probably 2 years now. My food I feed my fish could be causing this? I feed them frozen brine and Prime Reef and Formula One. Have a powerhead in each corner of my tank, a skimmer and a power filter just for water flow.

    Just how big of part do your lights play with cyano? I have been fitting this stuff for about 3 or 4 months now. I have used this Red Slime Remover but it keeps coming back in my 75gal tank.

    Sure, would something like this work for my tank? Would I be better off with building something like this or staying with just what I have already? I want to convert to a reef but I don't have enough lighting right now.

    Should I do anything to the sand to prepare it for this or just pour it in straight from the bag? How much at a time, 5, 10lbs or more?

    I've got question. What about replacing the sand in this situation? I was talking to someone online and he has replaced sand anywheres from 10% to more alot more. I'd like to rearrange the LR and maybe add 30lbs of sand. Can this be done and not hurt anything?
