Dang I don't know how you do it. I was just comparing those pictures to the ones I took a few years ago. Is that the same tank you had in your garage? Looks great! Keep it up.
haha - man this thread reminds me
I need to change my username - this one is my ex's - whose been gone for 3+ years, I took over his tank and his hobby, and his nickname on here when i kicked him to the curb since everyone got to know me under "his" name instead of him!
time to clean house...
Yup, anyone and everyone can attend - just shoot an email to [email protected] to be put on the email notification list so you can get directions and details to the meetings.

Feb Meeting 2/21
I got the official word - we will be meeting next Saturday 2/21. Tell your significant others to reschedule your dinner date for tomorrow!!
More details to come. Greg should have the email ready to go early next week.
I'd throw the plywood on. It will allow you to add another area of insulation/buffer from equipment heat in the sump area to your tank, plus then you don't need to worry about accidentally looking at the bottom of your sand bed - sometimes all that black detritus freaks me out and makes me think...
I looked at a calendar from Greg the other day that had this Saturday (2/14) penciled in. I know he is finalizing the calendar for the entire year so we don't need to wait in anticipation anymore
Let's all PM him until be responds and find out for sure

Then the pods are only supplements to his diet soaked with yummy selcon and other goodies.....
I vote grind the sides of the brace down a lil bit to maximize area and tell your colonies not to live in the light-less area :)
Much easier than glueing & doweling in clear acrylic -
I blame the huge-ness on the manification of the bowfront :) haha!! Or that MH setup ur buying, maybe thats a special giant softie reflector....
Stephen - I think one of those shrooms from chend2 even attached to that rock when it was in my tank for a few days... that one fell into one of the...
I've actually had luck drilling small holes in a larger rock and dropping the mushroom in - u'll loose the shroom for a few days until it crawls out, attaches and hangs outside of the hole :)
Might be worth a shot!
Found this article on Yahoo! today - who wants to make their Tangs into Sea Kittens?? Now if it only wasn't PETA behind the idea

1. It allows you to increase your total system water volume, increasing stability

3. It allows for your detritus (aka fish...
