to drill or not to drill?

yeah, i've ordered 2 different bits from http://www.richontools.com/index.html, waiting for the mail. total cost, including shipping....about 15 bucks. i figure at that price, if i only get 3 or 4 holes out of a bit...it's well worth it. will let you know longevity of them soon.

to drill or not to drill?

was wondering if anyone has a little useful info on drilling glass...just aquired a 125gal. all glass and would like to drill return and overflow holes to make it cleaner looking...is it feasible and if so, how do I go about it? I'd rather not spend a 100 bucks for a bit that will probably only...

    75gal. setup

i will check into the possibilities....i may have to go another route( build taller stand...it came with the tank). i'm looking at all the avenues, but like this one because of the fuge also being a display.

    75gal. setup

i dont have, but have been looking at ASM's,Precision Marines and also Octopus....which i've read some good reviews on. my main concern is the plumbing layout, along with pump configuration since the fuge will be independant from the tank other than the water. the stand for the main tank is DIY...

    75gal. setup

this is what I would like to do with my 75 and 29 on hand....any ideas, comments, snickers etc on plumbing, pumps, lighting and anything else not known by me will be appreciated. I really dont have room under the stand for the fuge, and would like to eliminate as much noise from external pumps...

    skimmer question?

    skimmer question?

75 gal. does it not matter how much water you suck through it as to its performance?

thanks for the pics krish, absolutely helpful and in my opinion, a lot better looking than a slew of powerheads in the tank. found the site for loc-line while sitting here.... if you don't have it already.http://www.modularhose.com/...... they say that loc-line is leak resistant...not leak...
