I found it in my tank. any help? it is black with a dark blue shell. the shell is somewhat flat.

It's almost all the way out!! Woo hoo!!! It pushed the shell to the side and it's just hanging there. I'm so glad! I can put it back in the sand where it belongs as soon as it has let it go completely. Thanks for all the input. I'm glad I didn't have to break the shell.

Thanks I'll do anything to get it out. Some of the tenticles are missing off of the anemone. Any more suggestions, please let me know!! thanks Cherae:D

Our ameone is stuck in a sea shell. We tried to get it out but it just sucked back in further. Even stuck it on a rock shell side ways in hopes that it would release itself, but it just stays there. Any suggestions? Thank you,
