Recent Drought Anouncement in Washington State

Nice, of course it always has to come back down to money... You'd think that any water rationing measures that might be instituted might be primarily driven by people interested in making sure that we make as much water available as possible to the most number of people.

Recent Drought Anouncement in Washington State

Water from the Aquarium, that can't be cheap. I can't imagine how much waste water has gone down our drain, kinda sad really. They have been talking about water rationing though. That's what I'm wondering how they enforce.

Recent Drought Anouncement in Washington State

I'm in the throws of starting up a FOWLR 75gallon tank and just recently saw on the news that Washington state declared a statement of drought for this summer. I know a lot of people on this forum are from or around what may be the affected areas. I'm curious to know if anybody has gone...

Cool, I didn't see that before. What are the times of these events, and I assume that I can sign up and pay dues upon initial attendance?

i want to be a member

I'm sorry guys, I feel stupid for asking this but... Wolfesbane says, "The schedule for the next couple of months is at the top of this forum." I don't see this. Myself and a friend are interested in attending the 19th session if I understood correctly. I don't see any schedule. If it is on...

What do you guys think, can you make anything useful out of those pics I've posted?

Please help, my clown has a disease

Okay, first of all these pictures suck. However maybe there is a slight chance that they are better than no pictures at all. Have a look at him here, believe it or not these are the best pictures of him I could get. I've tried the macro setting on the camera and everything, but I just can't...

Please help, my clown has a disease

Okay duly(sp?) noted. Right now the fish is doing better than I had anticipated. Not to say that his visual blemishes have gotten noticeably better but his behavior seems unchanged from the main tank, and that behavior was normal. Normal respiration, normal balance, normal appetite. I'll try...

Please help, my clown has a disease

Terry thanks so much. That does help, but identification is not my forte. Neither is photography. I've tried taking pictures of the fish, but they all turn out either very dark or very blurry with him moving around all over the place. I've only got an old 2.1mp elph. I understand what...

Please help, my clown has a disease

So what should I do Terry? I just finished reading up on formalin dips, etc and am not sure if it's better to just drop my Yellow Tang, 2 X Percs, 2X Firefish into my 50gallon QT tank or just dip the clown that has the problem. It seems that some sites indicate that if they haven't had the...

Please help, my clown has a disease

Hello, I have a true percula that appears to be growing some type of fungus or other parasite in patches around his body. It's difficult to describe, and I'm sure near impossible to photograph. Does anybody have any ideas on what it could be or how to treat it? It seems to be getting worse...

First Half Decent Pic of a cool Shrimp

Thanks everyone yeah, I've been really struggling with my photography skills against these fish tanks. I was told by a fellow fish keeper that these shrimp can run amok in a reef tank, but this one has been fine SO FAR. I believe this is a female since it doesn't have the larger pinchers which...
