That would be a Saron sp. shrimp. Otherwise known as the common marble shrimp. Comes in a variety of colors, sometimes mottled ;)

SaltwaterFish.com is selling that as a Hawaiian Green Shrimp. I thought about buying it but it looks like its not entirely reef safe.
 
Thanks everyone yeah, I've been really struggling with my photography skills against these fish tanks. I was told by a fellow fish keeper that these shrimp can run amok in a reef tank, but this one has been fine SO FAR. I believe this is a female since it doesn't have the larger pinchers which I understand males have. This one is cool, the two shorter little anetanna close to it's head are constantly rubbing together as it sits. Pretty fun shrimp to watch.
 
Saron sp. are not safe for a tank with live corals. at best they will be well behaved for a short time but will cause problems sometime down the road.
