    well looks like i might have a little issue i have a temp swing of 79-83! i have my heater set with my acjr to come on at 78 and off at 79 but it doesnt go below 79 and gets up to 83 during the day. i have never had this big of a temp swing even when i lived in az? any ideas?

    u need to completely rinse carbon or it will turn your water black like you are experiencing

    ok so i bought this controller and have been able to setup my lights, skimmer, return pump and heater. so i have all the 4 switches shut to off which means it should be outputs a1-8 for some reason i cant get a6,7,8 to function even with them programed! any help would be appreciated....

    I don't plan on having the filter socks in 24/7... this pump will be good for now to start with. Thanks though.
