Nice growth and colors Matt

You don't need photoshop:D

Wow, that looks great Matt! Just imagine what two years will look like at this rate of growth. Your fish wont have room to swim!

Thanks for the great comments every one! I too am amazed with my tanks growth and color! for the last 6-7 months I havent even been able to see in my tank from coraline algea so thick on my glass! I found this blade attatchment for my hammerhead float and it cleaned it off in 5 minutes!!!! so it was like seeing my tank for the first time!!!!
check out the pic below of my tank just a few days after cleaning what I could reach by hand....

and by the way here is a link to the mag cleaner attatchment if any of you need one, they are way worth the $25 with extra blades and shipping..

Thanks again!!!!

Here's an idea Matt, can you run down some of the particulars of your tank for us again. I can't believe your coralline growth. You need to hire someone with longer arms!!!:D

Hey Charlie, Good Idea, I will work on getting some pictures taken soon but for now here is the rundown!!!

115 gallon display cube (30''x30''x30'')
2x 400 watt reeflux 10k halides with Lumenmax II pendants
Over the top closed loop with 8- 3/4'' nozzels ran by a ampmaster 5500 (4500gph)
2x 1/2'' sea swirls on the return (900 gph)
2x korillia 4's (1700 gph)
Total estimated flow in display (7100GPH)
120 gallon custom built sump (built by me) in garage with 45 gallon refugium
30 gallon frag tank
Beckett skimmer (MRC clone)
kalkwasser stirrer with ATO ran with selonoid through RODI system
Completely automated!!!

BTW I did 1 water change in 2007!!!!

No calcium reactor??? Wow Matt, I am impressed my friend!!!!! Do you have to dose anything to supplement the Ca?

I dose about 25 tsp of calcium cloride a month...

So that is about a tsp per day. pretty quick for an old guy, huh?????

1 water change.... man I wish I could do that. :):):)

you know whats funny, I never did any waterchanges last year and this year I did 2 already and after them I lost 3 acro frags. (must not have liked the new clean water)

Matt
