10 JBJ skimmer needs

Hello all... I have a 10g that I need to get a skimmer for. Whats a good one, I am planning on putting a clip on halide so there will be no cover top. Looking for ideas. Thanks

yep, get a used CPR bakpak skimmer(cheap) and then modify the maxijet pump it comes with:

Now I just need to find that correct bakpak to fit on my nano... what model did you have on that tutorial?

well, I'm assuming you have an all in one nano with filtration in the back, if it's a jbj...

the first step is to measure the space you have to accomodate a skimmer pump and outlet, in most cases a bakpak can be made to fit

here's a cheap knock off that comes without a pump, if you cant find a used CPR bakpak.

I already have this skimmer on a 24g that I bought from Herefishyfishy... that thing kicks @$$... wish they made a smaller one or a way that I could plumb the two tanks together... it rocks. But it is too big for the 10g

The rest I will have to look into but I did look at the CPR pump... very nice, I just might get that one and then find a skimmer for it.
