I wish my tank looked like yours lol.....How is the Copperband doing in your tank? Have you noticed it picking at anything? I've been wanting to put one in my reef, but I'm just nervous it will try and eat things!

The Copperband constantly picks on the rocks but has not picked at any corals yet. I got him from a fellow reefer who had good luck with him. I have only had him about 2 weeks however. I think the biggest concern with Copperbands is getting them to eat properly.

JmacIII, maybe I missed it somewhere, but what is your lighting? and the schedule?

Btw, Love your avatar in the classified section. Wonder I dont see any here inside the forum... im an air-cooled junkie. used to have a 59 ragtop.

Lighting is 2-400 MH 10ks and 4-54 watt T-5s (2 actinic & 2 purple).
I run the MH for 8 hours and the supplements for 12 hours.

Btw, I love the old rag tops. My '57 Speedster is my pride and joy.

Why did you get rid of the powder brown tang? I am currently upgrading to a larger system and looking at getting one down the road.

The Powder Brown was beautiful, but he was just too aggressive towards my other fish.
A friend of mine has him now and he is doing great in his tank.
