$2000.00 frag!

They are just trying to get free publicity (worked) or take advantage of Someone with mental problems. Some of there other prices are decent then they throw out that junk, won't be buying from them ever because of it. I have been away form the hobby awile because i moved across the country, but this is something I have never see before.
Frags that are cupple hundred dollars sure, I'm not buying the frag but someone who is a collector or trying to get new brood stock of rare corals for there retail business might if they have never seen it before.

Is this a common thing now in the hobby? Because I thought prices on frags were actually going down on corals because more people were getting better information because of reef clubs, YouTube and forms like RF and better equipment so there were more tank grown out corals being traded back into stores and among fellow reefers, at lower prices then they were 8 years ago.

If I don't know what I'm talking about and prices like this happen all the time, please let me know it won't be the first time I learned I was wrong.

If I broke some form rule that I am not aware of mods please take this post down.

It is only worth what some one is willing to pay for it if they can sell it for that kind of money then more power to them. I for one believe in trading with other hobiests and selling cheap frags as a way of getting more aquacultured corals on the market and taking fewer from the ocean. Especialy with corals that are easy to frag. I cant stand to see zoas for crazy per polyp prices when they grow so easily and frag so well. Flood the market with cheap frags woot =) For the LFS I usualy only buy frags and not colonies but do buy all of my EQ and dry goods from them =)

My guess is that it is a pricing error and probably supposed to be $200. It looks to be a quality on-line seller and nice to have another on the West Coast for easier shipping to the bulk of us. Will have to contact them to see if they would like to become a sponsor here after doing a little investigating...

Yeah let me know if it was an error I make typos in almost every post so if is was a typo I would correct my post to reflect that or take it down if that's possible, but if it's not a typo then wow that's (Bennie baby crazy)
