Thank's Krish, Try my best but I'm afraid over here there are not many reefers , the population is only 5 Mill and one stockist???? a lot is D.I.Y which is good in a way, but the variety of Corals is very poor, most being imported from the U.K. Can't order from overseas as they wont travell,

You are doing amazingly well with what you have to work with my friend!!! Keep up the good work.
Oh yeah, we are always up for more pics, just keep piling them on.
How long has this tank been setup?

Come clean Time

O.K I have been keeping reefs since the late 50's on and off. due to service in the Royal Navy. started back seriously in the mid 80's. only to find how much reefing had changed!!!!!!!! When I first started it was a 3 ft tank undergravel filter plates no luxuries like skimmers -calc reactors-kalk stirers- metal halides- ect , It was a case of figure it out as you went along, gave me a good grounding.and after a time you learnt not to make mistakes as it was costly.
I guesse I am still of the old school, I dont run a Calc reactor or stirer the only additions I have is a Deltec apf 600 skimmer and a home made Rowafoss/Carbon reactor.
Water change of 25% monthly, as I loose about 4 ltrs a day evap I run an auto top up.
The present tank has been running for 5 years now, and I can tell by looking at the Corals how my water perams are doing, usualy I'm not far out,
I am and always have been of the opinion that If it's not broke don't fix it.
I think to many newcomers are seduced by all the new gaddgets that come on the market as a FIX IT Gaurantee,
O'h well I guesse I must be getting old.
Will take some time to get round your terminology!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
