A good color fish that will get along with...

a tomato clown, royal gramma, sleeper goby and the tomato clown is owner of the tank.

I would like to add one more colorful fish to the tank but after spending most of the day looking at different fish and learning about them I am at a loss as what to add, since everything I looked at has some kind of behavior issue or restriction etc.

Well more info is needed to help you out. To start with,

What size tank do you have?
Are you keeping any coral and what types?
Are you keeping any inverts?

OH! 36 gallon, polyps, shrimp and urchin.

Well the tomato clown could be a problem. but I think a white banded possom wrasse would be cool.

chalk basslets, chromis, yellow clown gobies, firefish are all great little additions that add color and movement to your system.
