Dink around with 100 and 200 Adam, those last pics are really nice!!! I mean that!!!!! There is no graininess at all in those, clear as a bell.

Well those were not croped those were just shrunk to fit better on the screan and I used the flash
I'm gonna try a few with the lights on and see how they come out

No problem, I think you will find that with the lower ISO, cropping or resizing won't affect them as much. Maybe another camera friend can chip in here and help out some more.
