ACANS on a sand bed

Small observation
I have 2 frags of the same type of acans, one frag is in the main tank on a sand bed the other in a frag tank on a egg create. Both tanks are connected, one ACAN on the sand bed has little babies all around it and the other one in the frag tank has no babies. I guess sand bed, LR with little live pods helps feed my corals like acans, lobo and other brains that has tentacles. By the way I do not spot feed them also i do not have LR or send bed in my frag tank

it could also be from where and how it was fragged from the original colony...
either way they look nice and if you spot feed them you'll see even more babies
I've noticed you have some nice acans...i'm always looking to add to my collection

It's always fun to see what others have in the way of acans...my collection is ~60 different pieces/color variations. I'd love to take a look sometime
