i always use an air valve for dripping.....can control the drip....also you can tie the airline in a knot controlling it

I've always just floated my fish in a bag and then set them free. Believe it or not, never had a problem with ich. I've never tried the drip method, but then again I've never tried to acclimate sensitive fish. I guess when I lose one or a fish of mine gets ich from my method then I'll try the drip method.
