Acro fungus amungus

Ye who know corals: what's this white fungoid on my acro? It's been there about a week and I'd say it's getting bigger.

Any idea what it is and how I could treat it?

At first glance it looks like a sponge, its either that or necrotic coral tissue. Any chance you could focus in / center on the area in question and post another pic of it?

Looks kindof like superglue... But I really cannot tell from the photo.
