Well, I have been busy today. I installed the Ampmaster 4700 on my closed loop today. Was a lot of work because the pump is tough to get access to. It pumps a lot of water. And I would say not too much for this 75 gallon tank. However I did put the Ampmaster 3000 back on just a bit ago. The ampmaster 4700 was just too noisy for the living room (1/3 hp motor instead of a 1/15 hp motor) and it generated enough heat that the chiller couldn't keep up with it. I guess the extra flow and energy put into the water stream was over the top. Soooooooo, back to the 3000, I think it will be fine, maybe I will look into other alternatives in the future for more flow.

add eductors onto the outflow pipes. I did that (along with a scwd) on my 135 and the flow is *much* greater throughout the tank. Lot's more turbulence.
