even if I won the lottery and had this much money to spend, this is the most ugliest fish that I wouldn't even consider buying it...
maybe a clairon angelfish OR a Conscipious angelfish, but definitely NOT this fish.

Its all in the marketing. They throw "picasso" on an ugly fish and its worth hundereds. All you have to do is start breeding these and throw some silly name on them and say they are rare =P Good business oppertunity for someone with experience and some room to turn these into a serious producing pair.
