Two weeks ago my rose decided to split again and all looked ok until I returned yesturday from vaction, The new rose DOES NOT have a mouth.
It looks like it healed very nicely but there is no mouth any where to be seen. The anemone is under 130 watts of pc lighting in a 20 galllon long and as of right now looks healthy in every other way, My guess its only a matter of time before it dies or is there a chance the mouth will somehow appear?

Yes, give it good lighting and a nice flow of clean water and it should grow a mouth.

Thanks for the reply, The 20 gallon is plumbed into the main via the sump after the filter sock and skimmer so its getting good water and I have a mj900 in there for movement, You think it will really grow a new mouth? I hope so I would hate to lose it .

Thanks guys, I wont feed until I see a mouth...I cant get a good look at the twin because its behind a rock but is it possible it has two mouths?

took my BTA at least a month to grow a mouth... and I am such a newbie I kept trying to feed it :oops:. They are both doing better now but still bleached but have mouths and are eating mysis thanks to the help I got on Reef Frontiers.
