Anemones and hair algae?

So I have been hunting CL to find an RBTA, and I found Rose Bulb Tip Anemones.

I am a little concerned by the pictures because it appears that his tank is nearly overrun with hair algae? Do the anemones look ok or should I just avoid it?

The Anemone looks OK just a little pale, probably lacking in quality lighting. The nutrient rich water doesn't seem to bother to much but, should enjoy a cleaner enviroment.

Here's a pic - I have 3 now - all are about 5-6" across or so - I want to keep the mother and one clone, so one is all I can part with
