Wow

If you just started doing this I would stop and re-think it.
3 cubes twice a day--- too much for that skimmer and your rock.

I have a 110G tank (140G total) system with a Ati BM 160, 100 pounds of rock and I feed 1 cube a day alternating cubes daily and cyclopeeze daily 30 gallon water changes a week.
Oh and my tank has 13 fish and god knows how many corals.
I just think that is too much for a 120G tank.
I can show you pics of what happens overfeeding a 110G tank ;)

***This is of course IMO***

Agree that it's too much. Maybe 3 cubes once a day, at most. Depends on how big the fish are. If they're not full grown, I'd almost say 2 cubes once a day. Do they eat it all pretty quick on that 2nd feeding of the day? Guessing not.

well not really but if i feed once a day they seem like they are ready to jump out to eat as i aproach the tank..... i guess i will use 2 cubes a day but what 2 cubes?.....

I agree it seems you are currently feeding too much, but I would continue to feed twice a day. Possibly just one and a half to 2 cubes at a time. I cannot say what is the right amount, I think that is something you find on your own. By observing your fish (are they healthy) and your tank (algea growth) you can work on finding the correct amount.

As for what to feed I would continue to feed all the varieties and more. By feeding a variety you are more likely to ensure that your fish are getting the nutrients they need. Each day does not need to be the same, mix it up!
