This isn't the best pic in the world but this white stuff is comeing out for under a ledge of my live rock under a lone zoo polyp!
Now that it's hit the light it's growing fast!
Really white, Really hairy!!
What is it??

It's hard to make out in the picture, but it's possible that it is a sponge.

That's my guess as well, probably a sponge. I have several different colors under my rocks.

Pull the part of the rock with the sponge out of the water for an hour. It will die
