Help Support Reef Aquarium & Tank Building Forum:

That is sad, I'd file a formal complaint to E-bay, & give him negative feed back, it sure did look like a cheap price, may be better off purchasing from a vendor.

Well guys you are absolutely correct ....... his website states a lot but if any of you would like proof I have the emails to proove it as well as pictures of box when it arrived and pictures of fixture. And Charlie can back me on the fact the moon lights are already out.

He has seen fixture

Problem with ebay is like I said, he said he could save me $40 by purchasing from his website instead of from ebay. Therefore I can't file complaint through ebay. Wish I could though. Any ideas how to get response from him would be greatly appreciated.

As it stands now all I can do is try to inform others as to teh problems I had with this person.

Duane are you refering to the seller of ODYSSEA's or Sharky's reef ? Sharky's is legitimate business and sponsors several reefing sites never heard anything bad about him.

FWIW Scott I have the reefanatic EB and have had no problems and if you look at JBNY's lighting tests the XM 10k with that ballast actually outperformed the Iwasaki's in PAR.

Just so there is no misunderstanding ....... I am talking about the ebay retailer "Aquarium Lights" also on the web as www.petsupplyliquidator.com

Please pass on my mistake to anyone who you hear about getting ready to buy a light

Petsupply liquidator has a history of hosing people on lighting primarily and other goods as well. I'd steer clear.

Okay Ohgee its been a while since we had this conversation but i was roamin the internet lookin for T-5's again and seen a post on RL that said AQUARIUMLIGHTS is the son of CATILINAAQUARIUM.com, apparently the son sells his dad's gear to get some college money, anyways, long story short, maybe you can get some answers or a refund if you talk to daddy.
