Anthias, So what DO YOU actually Feed

Ok, So I have read just about everything I can Find on lyetail's. And I know What and how I am suppost to feed them. But I would like to know what the people with them in their tanks are feeding. And how much and when. Also brand names and online places to buy from. I Have no Local Stores With salt water foods except petco and petsmart.

I just feed omega one pellets, some instant ocean flake, and frozen foods like mysis, brine, etc. All bought at your local petsmart.
