Any Computer Graphic Designers out there?

The PNWMAC needs a logo and not one in our ranks can draw a picture of a house let alone make a nice logo for the conference. Can anyone help?

The sooner the better. I need to put it on flyers to advertise the conference in August.

I've been trying to think of an easy, crisp graphic that would represent the PNW and marine life. The best I've been able to come up with is an Orca Totem. I've seen a couple that would work well.

I know absolutly nothing of computer graphics, but would it just be easier to incorporate a picture of someones tank into the logo?

I like the orca totem thing. That represents the PNW. now just something to include reef life.

Using a pic, like the RF or PSAS logo is great, and looks very professional, when it's in color. Unless you want to go with the price of printing fliers out in color, the pic really loses definition and clarity.

I'm no computer person, Lord knows! nor am I any kind of artist though, so just my $.02
