Thank you Shanon. But I keep scratching up my tank with magicwonder floating algae cleaner so and I only get to use the "good" camera every once in a while . I appreciate the comment though.

when u say its steve tyrell(sorry if wrong spelling) sunset monti are u saying that the only way u can get a peice of coral like that is to buy it from him or from sumone who has bought it from him?
just wondering aye because no one aquaculters corals in australia as i know all my corals are wild caught so the only peices that are hard to get or expensive are the one that my lfs owner cant find while hes diving
e.g. red line shrimp which are 125 bucks

also i was told that in america u do pricing on stuff like acans pre square inch e.g. $33 per square inch? is this true beause thats would make the acan i bout worth more the a hundred bucks when i only payed $22 for a 5 inch by 2inch colony

i surely would like to know about the whole naming too ... i might be wrong but my guess is that he bought it and named it since no one could find an id, then he raised the price to 00 - 000' s so it'd be special and after that, everyone started buying from him (because it was the hip thing) and now that's how he's got a humongous amongus list that makes you wait almost 5 years for a frag :lol:.

well what happenes it a lfs gets wild caught corals that look exactly the same would he know how special they are or would he be more like unpacking corals and just be like thats a rare "colour" monti so im gonna jack the price up because the other ones are just green or brown with blue polyps
i dont understand how there could be a 5 year waiting list on that peice of coral how much is it anyway?
