I made "Kaluha pig" yesterday :p It is easy and good.

Get a Pork but or shoulder, some heavy duty foil, Kosher salt and liquid smoke. rub about 2 tbl. salt in and 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke. Cook for 4 hrs. at 350F. Let cool for 1/2 hr. and then shred. Makes great bbq sandwiches :D:D:D
