I was recently released to work two hours a day, and they've found light duty. I'm kind of scared that I've been black labeled or something due to being injured..

What would you guys do? I liked my job and still do but I think because of being injured I'll go no where with the company..

Any advice would help.

Just take it one day at a time man...Life is funny sometimes. You never know what to expect. You may be pleasantly surprised along the way. :)

GO TO WORK! :)
I would certainly go back to work, just do what you can, especially If it is what you like to do, those jobs can be hard to find!

That is my Life Lesson of the day! :D

I'm definitely going, I don't really like what I do.. I haven't found my niche yet. But it's a decent job and I don't mind working there until I find something else. I guess I'm just really nervous.

I think it is best that you make an effort to return. They may have put a label on you they may not have. If you do not make the effort it may jeopardize you being able to collect benefits. Lite duty is easy $ in my book.

If you liked your job and the people you work with, you will have no problem at all.... They will be glad to have you back and will help you to attain a full recovery.

During my career I have been injured twice at two different employers... Both times, the only pain was from recovery and getting back to 100% physically. Their was never an issue with my employer, they were thrilled to have me back.

Good luck
